At Campus Mobile, we sell refurbished mobiles and refurbished laptops. This Warranty Policy explains how warranty works on our products. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Important: Warranty (if available) will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If a product listing does not mention warranty, it should be treated as “No Warranty”.
1) Warranty Coverage (If Applicable)
If warranty is provided, it generally covers functional hardware issues under normal usage conditions, such as:
- Device not powering on (hardware-related)
- Charging-related issues (port-related, not due to physical damage)
- Display issues (not caused by breakage)
- Speaker/microphone issues (hardware-related)
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth issues (hardware-related)
- Laptop keyboard/trackpad issues (hardware-related)
✅ Warranty is applicable only if:
- The issue occurs within the warranty period mentioned on the product page.
- The product has not been physically damaged or tampered with.
- The product is used under normal conditions.
2) What Warranty Does NOT Cover
Warranty will not cover the following:
A) Physical or Liquid Damage
- Screen cracks, dents, broken body
- Water/liquid damage, moisture damage
- Burn marks or overheating damage due to misuse
B) Unauthorized Repair / Tampering
- Device opened, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized person
- Parts replaced without our approval
- Rooting/jailbreak or software modifications that damage the system
C) Accessories & Consumables
- Charger, cable, earphones (unless explicitly mentioned)
- Battery health/wear (battery performance depends on usage and normal wear)
- Laptop adapter/battery issues (unless clearly covered on product page)
D) Software Issues
- Virus/malware issues
- App-related issues
- OS corruption due to customer actions
- Performance issues caused by heavy apps or wrong settings
E) Normal Wear & Tear
- Minor scratches/marks (cosmetic)
- Keys fading, body shine marks, small usage marks
3) Warranty Period
Warranty period varies by product and will be written on the product page. Examples:
- 7 Days / 15 Days / 30 Days limited warranty (depending on listing)
- Some products may be sold as No Warranty

4) How to Claim Warranty

- Complete issue details
- Clear photos/video showing the problem
Our team may guide you with basic troubleshooting first.
5) Warranty Claim Verification
After receiving your request:
- We may verify the issue through photos/videos or troubleshooting.
- If needed, we may request the product to be shipped/picked up for inspection.
- If inspection shows the issue is covered under warranty, we will proceed with service.
6) Warranty Resolution (What We Provide)
If the issue is covered under warranty, we may provide one of the following solutions:
- Repair (preferred option)
- Replacement (if repair is not possible and stock is available)
- Refund (if repair/replacement is not possible, as per our policy)
The final decision depends on product condition, issue type, and availability.
7) Shipping for Warranty Claims
- If product needs to be sent for warranty service, return address and instructions will be provided by email.
- Shipping responsibility (seller/customer) may depend on the case and will be confirmed during claim approval.
8) Important Notes
- Always keep your order invoice / order ID safe.
- Use the device carefully; physical and liquid damage voids warranty.
- Warranty is valid only for the original buyer and original order.
