Important: Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic marks as per the condition grade mentioned on the product page. Cosmetic marks matching the grade are not considered defects.
1) Return Window (Time Limit)
You can request a return/refund within [X Days] from the date of delivery.
Suggested: 7 Days (you can change it).
Return requests made after the return window may not be accepted.
2) When Returns Are Accepted (Eligible Reasons)
We may accept a return/refund request if:
A) Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a different model or different item than ordered.
B) Dead On Arrival (DOA)
If the device is not powering on at the time of delivery (reported within the return window).
C) Major Functional Issue
If there is a major functional defect that was not mentioned on the product page (examples: not charging, no display, severe speaker/mic issue, etc.).
(This will be verified by our team using photos/videos and troubleshooting steps.)
D) Missing Item / Missing Accessory
Only if the missing item/accessory was clearly mentioned as included in the product listing.
3) When Returns Are NOT Accepted
Return/refund may not be approved in these situations:
- Minor scratches/marks that match the listed condition grade
- Change of mind / no longer needed
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, cracks, liquid/water damage, burn marks)
- Unauthorized repair, opening, or tampering with the product
- Missing or damaged packaging/parts/accessories received with the product
- Incorrect return request information or late requests
- Software-related issues due to user changes (rooting/jailbreak, wrong updates, virus, third-party apps)
4) Return Conditions (Product Must Be Returned Like This)
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- In the same condition as delivered
- With all accessories and free items (if any) received
- With original/secure packaging (as possible)
- Without physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering
If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.
5) How to Request a Return / Refund

- Reason for return
- Clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- Unboxing video (if available) is highly helpful in faster approval
Our support team may ask for basic troubleshooting steps before approving a return.
6) Return Pickup / Return Shipping
- If return is approved, we will guide you for pickup or return shipping (as per your location and courier availability).
- If pickup is not available, you may need to ship the product to our return address (we will share details by email).
Note: Return shipping responsibility (seller/customer) depends on the case and will be confirmed during approval.
7) Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive the returned product and complete inspection:
- If approved, refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI/card/net banking) or as applicable.
- Refund timelines: usually 5–10 business days after approval (bank/payment provider time may vary).
8) Partial Refund / Rejection of Refund
We may offer partial refund or reject refund if:
- Product is returned with missing parts/accessories
- Product has physical damage or signs of tampering
- Product condition is not same as delivered
In such cases, we will inform you with reasons after inspection.

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. If already shipped, return rules will apply.
