1) Order Processing Time

2) Delivery Time (Estimated)
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–6 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–12 business days

7) Delivery Attempt & Undelivered Orders
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If the order is not delivered due to:

- phone not reachable
- refusal to accept delivery
then the package may be returned back to us. In such cases, re-dispatch may require additional charges.
8) Damaged Package / Open Box Delivery
