At Campus Mobile, we ship refurbished mobiles and refurbished laptops using reliable courier partners to deliver products safely and on time. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • In some cases (high demand, stock verification, holidays), processing may take longer.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping/tracking details (if available).

2) Delivery Time (Estimated)

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–6 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–12 business days

Note: Delivery time is an estimate. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, natural events, strikes, or other unexpected situations.

3) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at the checkout page before you place the order.

We deliver to most locations across India where courier services are available.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, the order may not be processed or may be cancelled with a refund (if payment was made).

5) Correct Address & Contact Details

7) Delivery Attempt & Undelivered Orders

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If the order is not delivered due to:

  • customer not available
  • incorrect address
  • phone not reachable
  • refusal to accept delivery

then the package may be returned back to us. In such cases, re-dispatch may require additional charges.

8) Damaged Package / Open Box Delivery

If you receive a package that looks damaged, torn, or opened:

Do this immediately:

  • Take clear photos/video of the package before opening.
  • If possible, do not accept severely damaged packaging (depends on courier rules).
  • After opening, record a short video showing product condition (recommended).
